NSW alpine resorts pollution incident reporting form

In the event of a pollution incident in your lease area, or if you witness a pollution incident in Kosciuszko National Park, lease holders are expected to submit this form no later than 7 days after the incident.

 

The information you provide in this form will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected.
